If you want to prepare for a career in the electronic media of the future this is the place for you. The BECA Department offers the highest quality theoretical and practical media education. Students may focus on television and video production, broadcast journalism and documentary production, sound and music recording, radio, new digital media, business and management, and many other areas. To identify your emphasis area and to progress as quickly as possible toward your bachelor's degree, I urge you to meet with a BECA faculty advisor early in your first semester on campus. well....decisions are one of the hardest for me but for this one...i just think life doesnt always go the way I want it to so now I have to just suck it up and be happy with what life is giving me. Life would be so hard to be in northern california because I would pretty much have nothing but myself. I guess I"m still a baby at heart cuz if I was this " independent I can do it type of woman " I would be saying HELL YEAH I'm moving now!!
